We have two shipping options for our UK customers. Next Day Delivery (24 hours) and Standard Delivery (2-4 business days). We work with DPD and Evri for our UK orders.

For next day UK orders, please ensure it is placed before 1pm local time (GMT). We are unable to dispatch goods over the weekend, so any orders that are placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched first thing Monday AM.

Our logistics team work hard to ensure any orders are processed quickly but as a small business we are less flexible than the Amazons of the world. Once an order is placed, packed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking code via email to keep a watchful eye on your delivery. If you have received no shipping details 48 hours after you receive a confirmation email, please contact info@indelity-golf.com

Our Packaging

All of our mailing bags, garment bags and swing labels are fully recyclable so you can have peace of mind nothing will go to landfill.

The mailing bags are biodegradable and our garment bags can be fully recycled. Our industrially compostable products deliver the same functionality and effectiveness as similar non-compostable products. 

While all materials can technically break down, many petroleum-based plastics take tens of thousands of years to do so and leave toxins in the surrounding soil. ‘Biodegradable’ products should biodegrade within a single generation, and leave nothing but water, carbon dioxide, naturally occurring minerals and biomass behind.

Our packaging products with biodegradable materials are certified by various organisations like the American ASTM D6868 - 19 standards [3] and the European EN 14046 standards [4] among others.
